One of the setup is unplanned and made just so a person could work and is not comfortable. The second setup is well planned to give its user the best comfort available. The second setup is preferred because it is able to give the best comfort and is very neat and organized allowing work to be done faster and neater.

The areas are comfortability and simplicity, good lighting, has freedom of movement, usable desk space and good height and depth for monitor if computer is needed for work.

The workplace need to be comfortable and simple in order to help relax the user and is easy for him or her to work in. It needs good lighting not to ruin the user eyesight, freedom of movement to allow the user to move around easily while working, good workspace for the user to do his or her work at the desk with good space and a good height and depth is needed not to make the user uncomfortable to use the computer.
